Reservation Policy
- Full Price -
50% deposit via wire transfer is required upon booking.
Balance 50% is due by deposit at least 60 days prior to arrival.
- Discount Price -
10% discount will apply for bookings made before the end of January, in case of full prepayment. Bookings with discounted prices will not be refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.

May, June: 4 nights
July: 5 nights (but can change upon availability)
August: 7 nights (but can change upon availability)
Children Policy
Houses One and House Three: We welcome children 12 years and older.
House Two and House Four: We welcome children of all ages.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the houses.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the size of our specialty lodging, no free cancellation is allowed.
Cancellation of any booking made…
- 61+ days before arrival date entails payment of 50% of the total cost of stay plus all bank expenses.
- 31-60 days before arrival date entails payment of 75% of the total cost of stay plus all bank expenses.
- 1-30 days before arrival date entails payment of 100% of total stay plus all bank expenses.
Bookings for special packages are non-refundable.
